“I am one with the force.”

“The force is with me.” Once again, the Rebel Alliance attempts to steal the plans for the Death Star, in this repeat sequel/prequel with the standard questionable ending. Does anyone feel like beating a dead horse? As with many sequels/prequels, this film has: Lost its spark. Lost its focus. Lost its message. Nothing has been found to replace or exceed them. Felicity Jones should have stopped with her portrayal of Miranda in “The Tempest” (2010) when she was at the top of her game. Instead of this stinker. Joseph Campbell is turning over in his grave. This franchise has turned the film with a message into a cheap shoot-em-up. Lots of nice colors and costumes depicting the future of people with dirty clothes.
