Roe v. Wade NULL and VOID

Not that it needed it, but author David Cobble did revise and update "Roe v. Wade NULL and VOID" after the US Supreme Court overturned the case Roe v. Wade in June 2022. The high court affirmed and validated Mr. Cobble's audacious title "NULL and VOID" when the Court said, "We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision-"

In other words, the 1973 Roe Court did not have jurisdiction (i.e., authority) to force states to make abortion on demand legal. That makes the decisions in Roe null and void, something the so-called legal experts have been afraid to say from the start. Because the case was null and void, it was never authentic law that the states were legally obligated to obey. We allowed the liberal justices on the Court to simply bully our nation into allowing the slaughter of tens of millions of preborn children.

"NULL and VOID" is the only book ever written to give an issue-by-issue analysis of the legal issues in the case, and it shows how the US Constitution affirmatively forbids abortion on demand. That means it is even illegal for states to legalize abortion. In keeping with his highly innovative style, Mr. Cobble not only introduces a simple way for Congress to lay the abortion controversy to rest once and for all, the book is the centerpiece of an education initiative that challenges conservatives to teach liberals why abortion can never be legal under our Constitution. If every conservative (90 million of us) would teach one rank-and-file Democrat why abortion cannot be legal in the US, we would be a pro-life nation in a few short years. And pressing this point of law in the courts and in the media is the only way to stop states like California, Washington and New York from being havens for killing preborn kids.
