Very insightful entertaining book

I read this book for a Sociology class last year. It was one of those rare books that are assigned in a college setting that not only educate and enlighten, but truly arouse interest in the subject matter. I found myself compelled by the vignettes and became more aware of how I could use "gender maneuvering" in my own personal life. It really has changed the way I think about gender and I am so pleased to have been assigned this book. I wish all of my textbooks could be this interesting and life-changing. A GREAT read.
