The year is 2260. After a second civil war, this time over the rights of robots and cyborgs, the United States of America is in bad shape. Most of its states have broken off, being absorbed by Canada and Mexico, with only a handful remaining. Most Americans just want peace, and chance to rebuild their war-torn country. Unfortunately for them, the fight for Transhuman rights is not over. Between the jingoistic Robot Freedom League and the sociopathic and power-hungry Renfield's, the battle for Transhuman rights is just beginning to heat up. Into this comes John Smith-101, a new type of cyborg, built from the ground up. Unjustly accused of a crime he didn't commit, and pursued by the Robot Freedom League for their own dark designs, he must turn to the mysterious Standard Technology, Inc, who may very well have their own designs on him...
