Selling cars is my life. I've been in the car industry for 15 years now. I have been a top salesperson for as long as I can remember. It was my car salesman. I said, "What are you doing here?" He said, "I'm representing the dealership, and I'm the manager now." Then I said, "Get out of here - good for you, congratulations." He then proceeded to ask me why I was there, so I told him my sob story about the company closing. After listening to me, he asked if I had sales experience. I answered, "Are you kidding me? Sales experience is like my middle name." He laughed, gave me his business card, and told me I could start on Monday. And as they say, the rest is history. Since then, in my time selling cars, I've made the highest sales countless times in most months and been the salesman of the year at every dealership I worked at.
