"Road to the Kingdom" is a 50 day bible study of the teachings of Jesus. It focuses on God's love for us and His desire to forgive us and bring us closer to Him. It describes at length the divine lifestyle that Jesus brought to us which He called the kingdom of God or kingdom of heaven. Jesus didn't come to earth to bring us a new religion, but to bring us a new relationship - a loving relationship between God and us - a relationship that a loving father has with His precious children. In the Lord's Prayer, Jesus says, 'thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.' What Jesus is saying is that God's kingdom can come to earth, and He described it as God's will being done here on earth the same way it's done in heaven. In other words, Jesus is saying that when we're following God's will, we are living life here on earth the same way it's lived in heaven. If that's true, then we can live the same kind of divine life that God lives, and when we do, we're living in an earthly version of God's kingdom - we're living a kingdom lifestyle.
