Road to Havana

An American single-handed sailor stops at Marina Hemingway in Havana, Cuba, on his way to Mexico, in hopes of having an enjoyable liberty. He meets and falls in love with a beautiful Cuban singer whoes brother is the most popular political dissident in the Country. When the sailor's visa expires he reluctantly leaves Havana only to find the singer stowed away on his boat. Meanwhile Fidel Castro allows presidential elections to take place. The sailor, his new love and broither become embroiled in tumultuous events in South Florida and Cuba.
