Jamie Andrew is just another average Vancouverite. A middle age guy trying to get by at his 9 - 5 tell-a-sales office job. One spring day, he took too long getting ready for work, now stuck in one of the worst morning rush hour commutes he's seen in a long time. He turns on the radio and learns it's just "Fucking Rubber Neckers " Something in him snaps, Jamie pulls into the shoulder going on a rampage, wrecking 30 cars in the process and retreating to his office.
