Narayan Nagaraddi is a Metallurgical Manager for Mopani Copper Mines in Mufulira, Zambia where he heads the Refinery and affiliated plants. Prior to this, Narayan worked in various capacities for Konkola Copper Mines, Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines and Hindustan Copper Mines.This autobiography was written on the occasion of Narayan's 60th birthday. The book tells the tale of his life, starting with his meager beginnings in rural India to his rise as a senior executive in the copper mining industry in Zambia. It describes the many challenges he faced along the way and how he overcame each situation by rising to the occasion.
