Life is full of challenges and although those around us have the most positive intentions in preparing us for what we are to face in this world, most times we are not given the basic skills to navigate through the basic foundations that lead to success. Success is a subjective word, because what that image looks like is based on our individual selves, dreams, and aspirations.
As a transformational health and life coach, I give you the basic, foundational skills required to help you build a strong foundation and prepare you to reach your ultimate potential. You are the key to your success. Outside of God's will and what was pre written, only you can envision the life you want to live and find the courage within yourself to initiate a change. At some point (and multiple points in life) we will find ourselves reaching a limitation of how much of the mundane life we are living. It may not always have been mundane, but it feels like that now. In this book, I provide you with the main mindset shifts and actions I had to learn, through life's experiences, in order to catapult my transformation process.
