They did it again!

Paladium just keeps putting out great books. Triax will give you all new toys, more baddies, and a whole new theater of war to play in. You gotta have this book!

One of the best supplements

The problem with the Atlantis supplement was that Palladium didn't give us the level of description for the the cities of Atlantis like they did for the Vampire Kingdoms. Yes, there were more cities to keep track of, but the magic continent had much more promise.The NGR supplement redeems Palladium. They don't give you layouts of cities like Ciudad Juarez, but you get a fat ol' book stuffed with information on the technologies, strategy, and culture of the NGR and Gargoyle Empire, with notes on the rest of the city. If you like big high-powered toys and high adventure, get this supplement and loose your PCs on some gargoyles and Brodkil. If you are more subtle, there are a lot of cool espionage or political possibilities in this book. But whatever you are, if you are a big Rifts fan, this is one of the best books you could get.

Want an alternative to Cohilition weaponry? Get this book! The weapons and technology of Triax is awesome! It also includes some cool OCC's, a good look into the gargoyle empire's technology (Which is really cool looking) and a couple of comic-book style stories to explain everything!

This is a great World Book for Rifts Earth on the NGR and its powerful Triax Industries. As always, the art work is of fine quality, and the combination of NGR vs. the Gargoyle Empire you can come up with is endless! However, in the area of general data on Europe, it could have used more.

Triax & the NGR; a Great Equipment Guide but little else

Triax and the NGR is not really about Rifts Germany and Europe. It is a guide to the vehicles, robots, and weapons of the Germany (although the vehicles, robots, and weapons ARE quite good). I would have liked a lot more about culture, politics, weather, and other such things, because details make adventures seem realistic to the players. The preface, an Erin Tarn story, set the scene well, but I still would have liked more elaboration
