Riding Time

By H.C. Playa

A Thirst for adventure beyond words leads to a discovery of unimaginable terror...

Erielle Rioth graduates with her shiny new doctoral degree in ancient languages and mythologies but decides that she wants more action than can be found in dusty tomes and archaeological digs. When her soon-to-be employer's ship encounters an ion storm and they are forced to crash land a shuttle, everything goes wrong. Erielle saves a mysterious winged man from the crash and in doing so finds herself a wanted fugitive fleeing across the galaxy. The life she anticipated living grows ever more a distant memory as the ancient darkness chasing them leaves a trail of death across the galaxy.

Erielle tries to hold onto the idea of Xabiere, the mysterious winged man, simply being a tortured being from some far distant planet. The more she learns, though, the clearer it becomes that he is ancient and powerful, and the evil hunting them even older and just as deadly. Together, Xabiere and Erielle discover they are trapped in a war older than them both-older than the universe, and both sides seem set on destruction.

RIDING TIME, a science fiction thriller from HC Playa and Pro Se Productions.
