Extremely disappointed

I do not consider it "good condition" when the pull tabs are in such bad shape they barely pull. And windows to open completely gone. The point of a pop up is so it will do just that, but this book was not in that condition at all. I would never sell anything like this for the $9 and change it was sold for. I would donate it to a shelter maybe. Which is exactly what I'll do because my grandson would be totally disappointed in this book.
