It IS!!!

This truly IS the best pop up book ever! There are so many activities for the kids to do on every page. It is very creative and humorous. This was my kids' favorite book for a year. Unfortunately, it is also quite easy for little hands to break the moving parts. Still, well worth buying replacement copies when that happens.

Great Pop-Up for Preschoolers

This book was given to my three-year-old daughter as a hand-me-down from her cousins, and it has become a must-read at bedtime every night. The pop-ups are ingenious, and after many readings we still sometimes discover another lift-the-flap or slide-the-car activity. As with all Richard Scarry, there is a lot to engage the young reader on every page. I highly recommend this book for preschoolers. My experience is that toddlers are too likely to tear the pop-ups, so I'd defer introduction of this book until age 3.
