Basically people can not be blamed for behaving in ways perceived to be bad, instead the causes of such behaviours should be addressed. With the issue of food security, which have negatively affected the behaviour of people raised in undeveloped countries. The families(children) with food security in these poor countries will also be affected because they will interact with many desperate children without this basic need, growing up. People from poorer places are more likely to be more spiritual, more greedy, more sentimental and more corrupt. The solution should mean the privilege of managing big mechanized farms distributed nationwide for surplus production and price control by a few millionaires for order and control. Minimum importation will prevent bad pricing.
