Novel with an impact

Reunion is the type of story that keeps you thinking long after you've read the last page of the book. Diana, the main character, has been through hell and back, and as a reader, you feel the dilemma with which she lives. Having tragically lost her husband to a disgrunteled co-worker trying to shoot Diana, that same killer returns to Diana's world to "finish the job." Intrigue keeps a reader anxious to get to the next page as the killer's unlawful history is swept under the proverbial rug. Well-chronicled characters make a reader wonder if things happen in our lives for reasons beyond our control. Diana, while fictional, also makes those of us in real life understand that revenge is always self-destructive.
