Sally Mews presents a nonjudgmental, conversational and casual invitation for inactive and non-practicing Catholics to return to the church. This book is a very simple, quick and concise read, yet it packs a powerful and concise message. Filled with anecdotes and stories of people who have left the Church for one reason or another yet have the gut instinct or desire to return, her message is simple and positive. As a "non-reader," I finished this book in one sitting, and was inspired to begin attending mass again, the first in a series of baby steps to return to the church. I recommend this book without hesitation.
