RESTORED is a series of practical lessons on becoming the new creation the Apostle Paul speaks of in 2 Corinthians 5:17. Whenever possible, Murphy uses examples from his own process of becoming a new creation in Christ.

After 20 years as a podiatrist in Florida, Murphy walked away from a busy medical practice to answer a call that had been placed on his life as a teenager. A medical career was his career choice, not God's. Today he is answering the God given call and following after Him with a sold out passion for Him and His people.

Murphy currently serves as Care Pastor at Winter Haven Worship Center under Lead Pastor Jeff Connor. Murphy also serves a volunteer chaplain to both Winter Haven Fire Department and Polk County Fire Rescue, ministering to both the first responders and the communities they serve.

​He and his wife, Glenda, enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.
