I was in a class Lefever taught, so I was skeptical of the reasons he assigned this book. However, it turned out to be one of the best reads I ever had in college. I read the book in a week. The title says something about reality, so prepare yourself. This book shows the good, the bad, and the ugly of the restaurant business. Oh, and the funny too.
