The Tessa Jetson Foundation raises money through donations and fund-raising events, to provide women who have suffered abuse the opportunity to attend the Restart Your Life Retreat for free. There have been many success stories, and this book shares some of them.

The Restart Your Life Retreats, does just that for women who have suffered abuse. The retreat has been life-changing for many women.

The women who come to the retreat are ready to move forward in their lives, and it's such a fun and positive experience. They have been in abusive relationships but are ready to take control of their lives and move forward.

Fourteen women have had the courage to share their experiences in this book. Some have written their personal story, or been interviewed and others have provided testimonials. They have all moved forward from their abuse and are achieving their goals in life.
