Resoluteness of nursing performance

There is a significant lack of an instrument available to provide us with nursing care data, which prevents the immediate implementation of the determination of indicator values. To assess the effectiveness of nursing care through evaluation criteria and quality indicators. With a transversal observational study, in Cardiocentro "Ernesto Guevara" of Santa Clara, from 2021 to 2022. The evaluation criteria established for the processes as a care management scorecard, reflects a notable leap towards improvement, achieving that those related to nursing records, techniques and procedures and quality of care are fulfilled at 97%, 100% and 100% respectively, it is evident that through the systematic and standardized evaluation of the processes, 100% of the indicators designed to evaluate the results of the quality of care are fulfilled, considerably raising the resolutiveness of nursing performance, as well as its protocolization.
