This is a fresh take on not only designing new residential towers and complexes, but also a suggestion on to how to retrofit large numbers of existing apartment blocks. It is a short read with some very clear illustrations and I have used a building design of mine as a backdrop to explain my simple concepts. The ideas central around the fact that most cities have become very unfriendly places, especially for families - with most tower blocks completely unsuitable for children. While some have a pool and recreation area - this book goes much further into turning residential tower blocks into something spectacular - there are many ideas of content missing in most residential towers. This book is a key outline on what to do.
