Interesting whodunit, thrilling, exciting, fun, & clean.

****I've seen reviews comparing this to Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series & I just don't see it. Evanovich has used the same formula for every book since 2002 for Plum & it's the same stupid antics & romantic entanglements with no decision after over 20 books*** Andi is a repo agent working for Jerry, a friend/big brother she grew up with. Her best friend Ben is a bartender at Star City Bar & Grill and her roommate & her other best friend Maggy runs a smoothie kiosk. Andi is parent less, self sufficient, sassy, & smart. Adventures in repossessing vehicles keeps her friends entertained and her employed. Hanging out with her besties leads to an introduction to Cooper, a rock star by night and suit by day. Not interested in a boyfriend, Andi rebuffs him and he's intrigued by the woman with confidence and attitude. Tagging along on a repo to get to know her better (not a date) gets them both arrested on murder charges and sets off a chain of events that are deadly. Andi sets out to clear her name and becomes a target of unknown killers who will stop at nothing to retrieve what they think she has. Drugs, dead bodies, and new friends has Andi and Cooper fighting an attraction to one another, trying to stay alive, & solve the mystery of the dead body before Andi is jailed for good. Interesting whodunit, thrilling, exciting, fun, & clean. Can't wait to read the follow up book.
