Reparations: "The Beginning"

Plantations are nothing but haunted memories of spirits who still walk the grasses after enduring pain long ago. Tears, separation and death passed around because of being blessed with the shade of melanin beauty that has only been seen as a curse to many who don't take the opportunity at understanding our difference. But have you ever imagined that if we could gain our Reparations by simply trading places with others so that they would live the opposite of the American Dream? And instead of having to live the American hell in which was forced upon African Americans since our feet first hit American soil. Families who caused such pain having to be faced with the reality of trading places with such torment. Never again, being able to unsee or erase such scars internal and external. Some say that we need to get over the past because we didn't live it and we ourselves never experienced slavery. But what if the teachings of slavery were not the only lessons to be taught but teaching others about what it has meant to be black in America then and now. This is only the beginning in hopes to change such ignorant mindsets of others set in their ways from long ago. Enjoy
