Can this country housing benefit bring advantages for landlords in society? Although, in the country's society, it is possible to encourage many people to choose to rent houses in the country. It seems that the country's landlords will increase tenants number and they can earn more renting income in short term benefit. But, in long term, it will bring negative influences to landlords. I shall explain the reasons as below: When, the country provides long term rent subsidiaries assistance to its people, e.g. five years rent subsidiaries assistance. Although, it can encourage many people ( tenants) choose to pay lesser rent expenditure into accommodation in the social rented sector. However, in this five years, it means that the properties buyers number will also decrease. Even, their properties prices will be fallen down to attract new tenants to rent the property developers' houses to live. I believe the property purchase demand won't be raised, due to the rent subsidiaries assistance benefit to this country' people in this five years period. Hence, many people will choose to rent houses to live in this country. Even, their salaries are increased. It is not easy to influence their rent choices. Hence, the properties sold number must be decreased.In fact, this country's properties or providers must not earn more profit from properties selling in this five years. Hence, long term rent subsidiaries assistance housing benefit to the country's people, it can help the low income working age group people who can have enough money to rant the better quality houses to live to improve their housing and living qualities. But, it also influence the middle or high income working age group people . When they have effort to buy houses, the rent subsidiaries assistance implementation will influence their mind to choose to rent houses to live in this five years, because they can pay lesser rent amount form government's rent subsidiaries assistance. It will reduce the middle or high income working age group property buyers number to the landlords in society.
