Hence, many people will choose to rent houses to live in this country. Even, their salaries are increased. It is not easy to influence their rent choices. Hence, the properties sold number must be decreased.In fact, this country's properties or providers must not earn more profit from properties selling in this five years. Hence, long term rent subsidiaries assistance housing benefit to the country's people, it can help the low income working age group people who can have enough money to rant the better quality houses to live to improve their housing and living qualities. But, it also influence the middle or high income working age group people . When they have effort to buy houses, the rent subsidiaries assistance implementation will influence their mind to choose to rent houses to live in this five years, because they can pay lesser rent amount form government's rent subsidiaries assistance. It will reduce the middle or high income working age group property buyers number to the landlords in society.
