Excellent tool for handling anxiety

We used this book as a study guide in a women's group - it was a wonderful tool in helping the women understand their true worth and purpose in God's kingdom. Many also benefited from the teachings about dealing with anxiety. No one was disappointed with this book. The author's approach is practical and easily understood.
