Time Travel was never expected to be clean. Even though Doctor Omega knew this before beginning the Moon Run, he understood the importance of what he was doing. A Paradox is something that we can understand, but the throughout of a Relative Paradox was something new altogether. Frank Manthis was the only one who could understand the problem facing the world. The very being of existence slowed down to a point that begun paralyzing the fabric of time. Both men were faced with a common enemy, Professor Helveticus. Vowing to destroy time at whatever means necessary to take over the world and rule as its King.
