This is an excellent book.

An exploration of relationship, personal and societal. Spangler points out that opposing anything only strengthens its current definition in a push-me-pull-you action. Resistance sustains the status quo; finding a viable alternative may change it. Real change (vs. mere yelling about how whatever-it-is is bad) means you have to find an alternate choice. As Einstein said, "You can't solve a problem using the same kind of thinking that caused the problem in the first place."
