This "evocative, diverse and challenging" anthology of poems and short stories is the result of a writing competition Patrician Press ran in 2016. The three winning entries and all those short-listed are included. Further contributions are from existing Patrician Press and other authors. Some of the pieces are more loosely connected to the original themes of refugees and peace. The afterword is written by Ian Shaw, jazz musician, who volunteered for a year at the jungle in Calais.
