The Wizard-King knows that his army of Kutel is not enough to satisfy his desire for conquest. He gathers creatures to strengthen them. He purchases abominations created by twisting nature. He curses the living and turns them into monsters. He creates enchantments that conjure them from the bones of the mountains. The dead must walk again. Even common criminals do the work of the Wizard-King.
As the Wizard-King drives on more people join with the hero who will oppose him, and Blorfindel has a few trusty friends. In their desperation they find that they can do more, be more, than they ever imagined. Do they have the strength and courage to resist? They must if they are to rescue even a few of the Wizard-King's victims.
With the Kingstone assassins, Kutel armies, and creatures unknown hunting them down, will Blorfindel and his friends seek refuge or revenge?
Refuge and Revenge is part four of the Blorfindel Brighteyes series. Be certain to look for part five: Kings and Stones.
