The fresh professor of Amsterdam can speak on Reformed theology in the present age

It was a gamble to buy a Systematic Theology set written over 100-yrs ago. As a non-seminary casual reader, I wanted to know the 101's of what Christian theology students might be like; took the risk as it was freshly translated to English and got really solid reviews. It was so rewarding! It felt like a work written by a respected authority at a top university. There was plenty of good science and academic scholarship. Bavinck was a European but well-connected with German and even American academics. Read with a group of friends to get the most out of it if ya'll have the time and enjoy the challenge. LLMs can easily assist with Greek/Hebrew and esoteric terms.
