This third collection from Chris M L Burleigh continues his thesis that 'life is serious, but is not to be lived too seriously, ' as in his previous collections (Particles of Light, Troubador, 2017, and Intersecting Lines, Beercott Books, 2021).

The more serious poems are liberally interspersed with light-hearted, even playful, poems. Often, though, there is an underlying point to be made.

As with Chris's previous collections, there is an entertaining final section of wry thoughts, wit, and wordplay.
