It is pure and genuine love, permeated with charity, compassion and mercy, which is free from any trace of possessiveness, selfishness, resentment, rancour, envy, jealousy and other negative feelings. In comparison, all other forms of affection seem phoney, shabby and steeped in hypocrisy.
