The author of this book Dr. Mark Browne, Col USAF (ret) has 44 years of experience in government. He served in the US Air Force from 1978 to 2005 and was a city manager of three cities in Texas for more than 17 years from 2005 to 2022. He holds a Doctor of Public Administration Degree from the University of Alabama, a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the Air War College, a Masters Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri.
