Memories

This book was an excellent read! I thoroughly enjoyed the pictures as well. Being an OIF II veteran myself, this book really made me reminisce over the time I spent there and take time to thank God for those that have gone over and have returned safely and pray for the families of those we lost. I also found this book to be very inspirational, it really helped me realize that my spiritual relationship needs an overhaul. Thank you for taking the time to compile this historic event into a keepsake I can always cherish.

Outstanding Read

I literally could not put Reflections down when I started. I thought it was going to be another book of war experiences..it is much, much more, Throughout I can see that Ryan was chosen to be God' herald in sharing how God was at work all around him in Ramadi Iraq. From the tragic loss of 18 Marines in a Copter Crash, the Battle of Fallujah and finally the elections that freed Iraq you can see God' fingerprints in every detail of these events. I recommend to not only troops serving In the Military but to all since we are all on the Battlefield and it brings reassurance that God is with us wherever we go in order for us to fulfill our purpose in HIS plan.

Life Changing book!

I found Reflections from the Battlefield to be timely, relevant, and powerful. Those of us facing the reality of the dangers of combat each day know first hand the things that Ryan Krause talks about. The daily reflections were easily applied to daily life for anyone who follows the the Lord. This will not only impact those who are on the Battlefields physically, but anyone who is on the front lines spiritually. The other thing compelling about Reflections is that it brings real answers and hope to those struggling with real problems in life. I encourage everyone I meet here on the battlefield to read this book and pass it on!

Lovely Book

I have read every word several times over. Many of the writings have made an impression on my heart and have been of a timely manner to help me. This book would be a comfort to those that have family or friends serving in Iraq.
