These poems are not intended to be negative, but to shed light on the many experiences of my life. This helped me to navigate life in a therapeutic way. Some are just writings about experiences with family members, as a labor of love. However, most were written as a result of unpleasant, past experiences, which helped me to navigate life in a therapeutic way.
