Years ago, I read in Exodus about how God provided manna for His people each day. One morning soon after, I was saying the Lord's prayer with my children. When I said, "give us this day our daily bread," it stood out to me. Although this reference relates to physical needs, I believe it also pertains to spiritual needs. I feel God wants to give us spiritual manna every single day. Each day He has something to reveal about Himself. "Reflections" comes from a journal that I began writing so I wouldn't forget these daily treasures. I wanted to be able to come back to them and reflect upon God's goodness. I have not yet mastered all these truths. I am still very much a work in progress. But I know that God is developing my relationship with Him. I pray that you will be blessed and encouraged by these devotionals. I hope that over the next 31 days, you will discern and reflect upon what God might be saying to you. I also pray that this devotional will be a source of encouragement and inspiration as you continue to grow in Him.
