A fun and worthy read...

Downey's a great story teller. A lively cast of characters makes this a very entertaining read. I took my time reading this book a few pages at a time, always looking forward to the next time I had a few minutes to pick it up. My husband read it straight through in three hours. It's definitely a page turner. But what makes Redhanded a really worthy read is Downey's ability to make the reader sympathise and relate to all of the characters both good and bad, thereby highlighting one's own spiritual shallowness and depths. Such introspection is mandatory in spiritual growth and is usually painful but Downey makes this spiritual journey downey right fun. Read and pass along to a friend.

Awakening

Loved Redhanded! Easy reading story of a young man's spiritual awakening. Lots of action made it hard to put down. I especially liked the way the author includes quotes from all religions. Good life lesson for all ages.

Why is this happening???

Book is a fairly quick read. Interesting to see happens next. Moral of the story is good for any and all to read and contemplate again and again. I think moral of this story is true for all of us, but many times we forget. Good to be reminded. Know someone with a "situation" in their life? This book might help them understand why? Story might be fictional, but not far off of what could be . . . and why. I highly recommend it - for everyone!
