This series of literary stories exploring solid waste and its separation into points is based on the conviction that environmental education, carried out through methodologies of exploration of the immediate environment and contact with it, can generate lifelong learning if it begins in early childhood. This approach is based on three conceptual starting points: firstly, that the learning acquired at this stage will last a lifetime; secondly, that the most appropriate education for this stage is that which favours play, didactics and exploration of the environment; and thirdly, that environmental awareness not only invites us to establish direct contact with nature, but also, in the case of the current situation around us, allows us to teach good practices for sorting the solid waste generated by companies and consumed by us.
