Independent Baptist churches have claimed to stand for the truth for generations, and there are many that do indeed do so, but as a group, the IFB movement has come to be associated with all sorts of sin, cover ups, abuse (both spiritual and sexual), and all sorts of contentious and ungodly behavior.

Recovering: is an attempt to call the church as a whole to repentance; it deals with, yes, the popular "Recovering Fundamentalist" movement, but more importantly, it deals with the problems inside of the IFB movement as a whole.

KJV Churches is a church database for finding independent Baptist and King James Bible believing churches around the world. The intention is to use the platform it has created to plead with believers to repent and walk holy before God.
