Assessment of the impact of industrial (manufacturing) formations and characteristic architectural and construction solutions on the formation and development of architectural and spatial composition of urban settlement systems, as well as the analysis of the conditions of transformation and integration into the structure of the urban environment are becoming an increasingly relevant area of architectural, construction and urban planning activities.Among the main reasons that form the socio-economic demand for the transformation of the established architectural and urban planning space are the issues of rational and effective use of the structure, spatial, territorial, functional and resource capabilities of modern, post-industrial urban settlement systems (cities, megacities, agglomerations). The presence of industrial (production) formations in the structure of modern urban environment is an objective reality, which largely characterizes the formed image of the urban environment and reflects the relevant cultural stereotypes and traditions of past historical eras.
