good book

This book kicks some booty

Real good recommendations for managing

This was apparently written for the television and advertising business. It was really focused into those industries. But the information was great and the ideas for managing excellent.

Great basis for building better customer relationships

I don't know too much about media and technology, so I was interested in how my business might be affected by the changes in these areas. Now I feel like an expert. This book really gave me a great primer on the changes taking place in society, in the economy and in how we sell to our customers. It's not just a good read, it's an important book for everyone in customer relations!
