The monograph developed recommendations for the study of the effects of salts on the physical and mechanical properties of soils applied to ordinary brick and the development of methods for chimoying. Experiments collected in construction show that brick buildings are meticulous, time-tolerant, and periods of use are reliable. Brick buildings are relatively high strength ( the brand of brick is from 75 to 300), frost-resistant (the brand of brick in terms of frost-resistant is from 25 to 75) and can serve for many years. Brick houses are safe, in combination with high strength indicators, brick houses are fire-resistant. Another positive aspect of brick houses is the resistance to atmospheric influences and high temperature changes.
