This book was written at the request of a great teacher in order to support spiritual practitioners of various paths better integrate their spiritual experiences, vij āna, with an understanding of how and why they happen: j āna. This is not intended solely as a spiritual memoir. The author shares her personal experiences as an authentic example of a person's journey of self-inquiry, self-knowledge and self-actualization.
