Outstanding Romance

I fell in love with the two main characters. The book was interesting and engaging from the first to last page. I have read and re-read the novel at least a dozen times. This book is Jane Feather's best and the best historical romance novel I have ever read. I only wish she would write a sequel to the story so I could find out what happens to the characters after their marriage.

GREAT STORY, A MUST READ

This is a great book with a huge sense of adventure about it. As usual, Jane Feather transports us to the setting with her beautiful writing and an excellent flowing story line. The political aspects gave this story a great deal of tension and I couldn't put the book down as I had to know what's going to happen next! Of course, there's more of her trademark passion too. Wish more authors were like her, who's female leads are headstrong and won't give in, no matter what, as well as very adventurous and loyal. Can't wait for her next book!

A great romance for people who like adventure...

I really enjoyed this book: it was a great romance about two unconventional individuals in a rigid society who share a love of adventure and freedom from restrictions. My favorite Jane Feather read along with "Vixen".
