This book was recommended to me when I had to lower my cholesterol. The recipes in it are easy to prepare and actually taste great! Even the finicky 7 year old in our family loves meals prepared from this book. There are very handy tips on each page that pertain to the recipe and either building a meal around it, or shopping for it. The section at the front of the book about changing your eating habits can help you build a healthier lifestyle and is full of good ideas for shopping, eating out, etc. I highly recommend this book!
