Rechristening American Christians

In the 21st century, I watched America gradually morph into a people of senseless division, cynicism, name-calling, mistrust of government, soulless individualism, militarism, racism, and sexism. I decided to write a book called RECHRISTENING AMERICAN CHRISTIANS . The book emphasizes the Gospel Message of Jesus of Nazareth as the only way we can overcome the darkness; the only way we can unite, at last, into the genuine People of God. How else can we truly unite with Jesus and with each other, to become the salt in the stewpot of American culture? How else can we become the faithful light that witnesses to everyone the welcoming, life-giving, healing, unitive, familial (family-like) Spirit of the loving, forgiving God? Why put our hopes in a spiritually reformed America? The Gospel Message of Jesus Christ calls all Christians, and others of good heart, to put people ahead of profit, peace ahead of war, common good and brotherhood ahead of individuality, generosity ahead of greed, honesty ahead of deception, right ahead of might, and liberating freedom from hopelessness and despair? Let's all get into the Fold.
