It is common knowledge that the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other Chief Executives in various departments of the Presidency, Legislature, Judiciary, and Public sectors do have advisers and committees that report to them, with advice, on all matters that have to do with governance and business administration. A feeling of the pulse of the Nigerian public revealed that many of these advisers and members of these committees have skeletons in their cupboards that seem not to have the moral justification to effectively advise or make reports on such issues. This instructed me to write this book to address many of these issues and at the same time proffer solutions to many of our problems.
