this book changed my life!

I used to keep by feelings all bottled up inside. After reading this book I have decided to become more open. Why, just yesterday I told my wife she looked fat and that the casserole she made me for dinner tasted [bad]. Sure she ran out of the room crying, but it further validated my thought process that expressing feelings are a healthy part of any relationship.After I get back from the shooting range I plan to tell my boss a thing or two.
