A very good and enjoyable book about some real estate deals that went down as funny ones, great deals, lucky deals, devilish deals. Informative and Humorous

As a real estate agent and investor, I thought I had heard, seen and read it all! Bob shares some of the horror stories you only hear of in an easy to read and follow format.
